Ground floor: The sitting room is furnished with a sofa, sleeping sofa, coffee table, antique piano, armchair, atmospheric lighting, chest of drawers, flatscreen television with sattelite installed, DVD player and stereo with a connection for your Ipod or MP3 player. There is also an internet connection available.
The dining room has a working fire place and a view onto the terrace and is furnished with a large dining table, chairs, sofa, fauteuil, atmospheric lighting and cabinet.
The dining room has an open connection with the kitchen via a few stone steps. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dish washer, coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, oven and microwave.
From the kitchen there is direct access to the garage where you will find the washing machine and wood storage for the fire.
On the first floor you will find the bathroom entirely decorated in marble. The bathroom has a bath, toilet, bidet, and separate shower. The three bedrooms are also located on this floor. All three double bedrooms (of which one large one) have plenty of cupboard space and a sunny view of the garden and vineyards beyond.
The maximum capacity is 8 people with the possibility of adding an extra cot or single bed. The house has central heating. The fire place makes it extra attractive in the winter. The total floor surface amounts to 110m² and the bedrooms have an average of 15m². The indoor garage offers space for one car, with a possibility to park several cars on the terrain.
